If a user logs in with Google, then they signup with their email, is it possible to have these two users be the same user if their emails are the same?

I tried it out with this community forum and it doesn't seem to work like this at first test.

Does anyone know if I will be able to set custom claims using a lambda as is required by the Hasura setup when using the self hosted free version of FusionAuth?

I see that "Custom Scopes" is a premium feature in the pricing page and this makes me nervous to do the experiment myself.
