Recommended Linux OS and Database for FushAuth

I understand that FusionAuth support all the distributions of Linus OS and both PostgreSQL and MySQL (community edition) for database.

May I know what are the recommended Linux OS and Database (MySQL and PostgreSQL) for FushAuth?
