What is the process to remove a custom hashing scheme?

Documentation only describes adding a custom hash scheme and how to re-hash to a different scheme.

We want to know what the process is to finally remove a custom scheme from the available hashing schemes for a tenant. Has anyone done that?

@lhatter, The FusionAuth recommendation is to leave all password hashing plugins in place once installed.
