What todo about tenants having trouble uploading

I’m getting a lot of problems with tenants trying to upload there documents through the document portal and getting way too many complaints and loosing future business . They’re uploading there statements and paystubs and the server is denying the pdf . I tried myself and got the same confusing response . The what todo section doesn’t explain how to fix the problem either . Anybody know what todo to fix it? Thanks

This sounds like business logic / integratino code. FusionAuth is an Auth solution and does not directly speak to uploading pdfs. Perhaps this is related to the workflow that you are trying to use and FusionAuth plays a role in authorization?
