Seeing userState of AuthenticatedNotRegistered

Whenever I go to OAuth IdP login URL to get the authentication code, I get userState=AuthenticatedNotRegistered at the end instead of Authenticated.

I’ve been changing settings, but no luck. Could you help me with what I need to change/enable in order to auth in?

That message means the user is not registered for the application you’re logging into. If you create a registration for the user you’ll see Authenticated.
