      Hi FusionAuth team,

We’re facing a critical issue with a FusionAuth Cloud tenant.

      Issue

      • All FusionAuth authentication requests are timing out
      • Admin UI login is also inaccessible
      • Requests do not fail fast they hang and then time out
      • This causes a complete production outage for our application

      Important behavior

      • After restarting our application, only 1–2 FusionAuth requests succeed
      • All subsequent FusionAuth requests time out again
      • Scaling application workers does not help
      • Restarting the server does not resolve the issue
      • Issue persists across browsers and networks

      Context

      • FusionAuth Cloud (not self-hosted)
      • Public status page shows everything healthy
      • No recent configuration changes on our side
      • Because requests never complete, we’re unable to capture request-level logs or timestamps

      Question

      • Can FusionAuth Cloud experience tenant-level latency or degradation where requests hang instead of returning errors?
      • Is there any known mitigation or guidance for handling this scenario?

We’ve raised a support ticket as well, but wanted to check here in case this is a known pattern.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

@hemanth18pages raising the support ticket is the way to go for sure. It will be good to know if anyone else is experiencing this too.
