Twillio Messenger

Hi community,

I am trying to create a Twillio messenger to be able to perform MFA for my users.

I create a Message Service in Twillio and then in Fusion Auth I fill in the information required in Twillio Messenger form.

URL: https://api.twilio.com
AccountSID, AuthToken, From phone Number and Messaging service id all provided by Twillio.

When I try to test this configuration with my phone number I get an error

An unexpected error occurred, review the system logs for additional details.

But I don't see anything in my logs.

When I sent an SMS directly from Twillio it works great.

Any help or advice would be appraciate.

My fusion instance is hosted and it is 1.62.1

@rgros Do you have Debug enabled?

Then you should check your Event Log.

Let us know what you find.
