        Which encryption algorithm is being used and how do i decrypt the data?

          Can you offer a little bit more context on what you are trying to accomplish?

          Any design information, recreate steps, or context would be helpful.

            Also, they are not encrypted, they are just UUIDs being stored in a compact fashion.
