I am editing a custom form.

The form currently has 5 sections added for fields.

The "+ Add Section" button is visible and apparently active at the end of the form.

I wish to add another section for more grouped fields. However, each time I click the "+ Add Section" button I am directed back to the top of the form editing page, and no new section is created.

I searched the documentation and the forums for information RE: a limit to the number of form sections and have found none.

I am working in the GUI with FA v1.28.0 in FFDE v97, also confirmed in Chrome v97.

Sorry to hear that you having difficulty. Can you try this with the latest version of FusionAuth and Chrome and see if you get the same issue?

        I attempted a recreate on:

        • Version 98.0.4758.80 of Chrome
        • And Brave Version 1.34.81 Chromium: 97.0.4692.99 (Official Build) (x86_64)
        • Version 1.32.2 and 1.28 of FusionAuth

And was able to add many sections without any UI weirdness for both a registration and self service registration form.

Also, are you running any extensions in Chrome?

        Thanks and let us know!

        Thanks,
        Josh

In subsequent attempts I became aware that there were CORS errors preventing the "Add Section" action from being submitted to the FA instance. I meant to post an update this morning but I have been neck deep in a bug hunt for two days.

We added a few permitted domains into CORS and the "Add Section" action functions as expected again.

Thank you for your response, feel free to remove this post
