      Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone has had experience with outages when using the Cloud HA service? I noticed that there is reference in the documentation to possible outages of 'seconds' during upgrades.

      • Has anyone run into one of these outages?
      • Is there a record of past upgrade events and related outages they caused?
      • How are these outages scheduled/communicated to customers?

      Thanks,

      David

Since FusionAuth hosts each customer on their own servers (you are not sharing hosts with other customers as in a traditional SaaS model), you can determine when (or if) you want to upgrade your server in FusionAuth Cloud.

To add on to what @joshua said, you control the upgrade timing and therefore any resulting outages.

We don't share individual customer uptimes, since that is tied to their usage and the level of resources they have chosen for their individual deployment.
