Do cloud hosting have strict user count limit for Medium and Large size?

Do you have strict user count limit for cloud hosting plan? I can read like that Medium size has limit of 200k users and Large size has limit of 750k users.
Or it that just a recommended user count?I read following doc but could not find answer, hence this question.

Where did you read this?
From the link you sent, I read the sizes are broken down into logins per second.

@sys-admin Sizing your cloud environment depends on a few factors.
While the numbers you found provide some good guidelines, not hard limits, we also want to consider the login behavior of your active users and total data requirements.
Can you provide more details on your specific use case such as the RPS you need to support and if you have a concept of things like login storm events?
Happy to jump on a call and discuss what will make for an ideal setup.
Feel free to email me directly, matt@fusionauth.io.

FusionAuth Cloud does not have a strict user count limit for Medium and Large size plans. The 200k and 750k user limits are recommendations based on the expected login and registration volume. If you need to support more users, you can contact FusionAuth support for assistance.
The document you linked to does not mention a user count limit because there is none. The recommendations are simply a way to help you choose the right plan for your needs.
If you are unsure how many users you will need to support, you can start with a smaller plan and upgrade as needed. You can also contact FusionAuth support for help choosing the right plan.
