error when trying to send test email

Never mind. I solved this. I thought that "change password" was going to be a prompt for the user, not for me to set up the password. Once I did, it worked.
I am having exact same problem but everything is correctly inserted, I am using it for Foreign Exchange Send Money Online platform but it's not connecting.

My recommendation would be to use our troubleshooting steps for email.
Especially as it pertains to below.
Enable debugging by navigating to Tenants Your Tenant Edit Advanced SMTP Settings Additional properties and add mail.debug=true.
Let us know if you still have trouble after a further review.
